Mushtaq Choudhary is a Managing Partner of Law Wise Solicitors and has been working as an Immigration lawyer in the UK as well as an Advocate of the High Courts in Pakistan with a standing of over 20 years. He had been a founding member of London's famous Immigration law firms Lord Advocates LLP and Law Lane Solicitors. He has excellent interpersonal skills and has built a strong multi-cultured clientele working with clients from the sub-continent and elsewhere.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Law, Master’s in Political Science, Post Graduate Diploma in International Commercial Law, Master's in International Commercial Law, and a Graduate Diploma in Law (UK).

Mr. Choudhary has extensive knowledge of the UK Immigration law, policies, and procedures, such as Asylum, Human Rights, Bail, Detention, Removal, Appeals, etc. He is an expert in drafting grounds of appeals, witness statements, and Skelton Arguments, and has been assisting Immigration Tribunals and courts. He is experienced in drafting complex Immigration representations in Family Visas under Appendix FM and EU of the Immigration Rules, Entry clearance, and Business Immigration i.e. Skilled workers and Sponsor licenses, etc.
