Complaints Procedure
At Law Wise Solicitors, we are committed to providing high-quality legal services in London. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Our Complaints Manager, Arshad Aulia Hussain, will handle your concerns professionally and confidentially. You can initially speak with the person managing your case, or request a formal review if needed.
Making a complaint will not affect how your case is handled.
External Complaints & Legal Ombudsman
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Legal Ombudsman, who will independently review your case.
You must refer your complaint:

Within 6 months of receiving our final response

Within 6 years of the issue occurring, or

Within 3 years of becoming aware of the issue
You may also raise concerns with the Solicitors Regulation Authority if your complaint relates to professional misconduct, such as dishonesty or unfair treatment.
